The 海角视频鈥檚 largest independent car retailer says it has saved customers working for the NHS 拢140,000 during lockdown.
Motorpoint, which has branches throughout England, Scotland and Wales, launched a discount scheme in late April as a thank you to the country鈥檚 health and care workers.
Since then it said almost 500 people have taken advantage of the 拢300 discount available plus an option of free home delivery.
The business, which is based in the West Meadows Industrial Estate, Derby, said the Ford Fiesta was the most popular car purchased by NHS staff.
In total the 474 health and care workers who have used the scheme have saved themselves 拢142,400.
Motorpoint, which fully re-opened all of its branches in June, has implemented Covid-19 safeguarding procedures, from unaccompanied test drives through to contactless collections in branch in specially designated areas and home delivery to anywhere in the 海角视频 mainland.
It has also launched an online portal to ensure buying a car can be completely paperless.
