Salford-headquartered online womenswear fashion brand In The Style floated on the London Stock Exchange's AIM in March 2021.
At the time the company was worth £105m and the move raised £11m through a share placing while a further £49m was secured for existing investors.
The IPO was a major milestone for the business which was founded from a bedroom in 2013 with just £1,000.
Now In The Style works with influencers on a long-term basis to collaboratively design, develop and promote branded fashion collections.

The founder
The company was founded by Adam Frisby in 2013 with £1,000 of seed funding from his bedroom.
He had previously been kicked out of his home at 15 and told he 'would never amount to anything'.

In an emotional LinkedIn post following the company's IPO in March, he said: "Anybody who knows me will know just how much this means to me. I will always remember how I felt as that young boy who was kicked out of my home at 15 years old, chucked on a train with 50p and told I would never amount to anything.

"I didn’t have the chance to even finish school at 15, with no qualifications I had to go find a home and a job to start earning some money and I remember for so many years feeling so lost about what the hell I was going to do with my life.
"I had no confidence, I was totally lost. One afternoon after being made redundant, with under £1,000 in my account I decided to go for it.
"ITS was born in my bedroom, I didn’t have a clue what the hell I was doing, just a little dream and Jamie by my side supporting me.

Over recent years, the firm has created unique collections with social media influencers and TV personalities including Charlotte Crosby, Billie Faiers, Sarah Ashcroft and Lorna Luxe.
Collectively, In The Style’s 15 social media influencer partners reach almost 30 million followers on Instagram across the world.
In The Style works closely with its stable of social media influencers and celebrity partners to design, launch and promote collections that are then sold through the company’s e-commerce website and proprietary In the Style app.
The brand is now also sold through several popular online retailers including Lipsy, Shop Direct and ASOS.
The boardroom
The boardroom is headed up by CEO and founder Adam Frisby.
Its chief financial officer and chief operating officer is Paul Masters who joined the company in November 2017.
He has significant experience in preparing businesses for sale and flotation having held chief financial officer, chief operating officer and interim chief executive roles with Umbro, Americana (Bench clothing) and, most recently, Missguided.
In The Style's non-executive chairman is James Sharp who started his career with Schroders where he ran the European retail investment banking practice, advising some of Europe’s largest retail groups including Inditex on its listing.
In 2003, he joined Jimmy Choo where he held a variety of senior roles including overseeing finance and operations.
In 2008 he co-founded an investment business and since then has held board roles at a number of private businesses in the retail and luxury goods sector.
The company's three non-executive directors are Matthew Scaife, Adam Bellamy and Nancy Cruickshank.
Who owns In The Style?
The largest holder of public shares to date is Adam Frisby who has a 23% stake in the business.
Second is Causeway Capital Partners with 14.5% and third is Lombard Odier Asset Management with 12.8%.
The fourth largest shareholder is Premier Fund Managers which has a 9.5% stake while fifth is Octopus Investments with 4.2%.
Other significant shareholders include Chelverton Asset Management (4.1%), CFO Paul Masters (3.8%), BMO Asset Management (3.2%) and Blackrock Investment Management (3%).
A total of 55.8% of shares in the business are not in public hands.
