East Midlands housebuilder Redrow has strengthened its team with the appointment of a new head of sales.
Ryan O’Sullivan, from Northamptonshire, brings more than 10 years’ experience in the property sector, and has been with Redrow Homes for five years.
Ryan started his career as a sales negotiator in an estate agency at the age of 18, following his keen interest in architecture and property design.

After being introduced to the new build sector by a friend, he made the industry leap to become a sales advisor for a national housebuilder.
He joined the Redrow Homes South Midlands team as a sales consultant in 2015, and climbed the ranks before being promoted to area sales manager 12 months later.
He was appointed as area sales manager for the region in 2018 following the launch of Redrow’s East Midlands division.
His new role will see him lead a team of 15 people, with key responsibilities including creating and managing effective marketing strategies for each site and managing the division’s sales function.
He will also continue to maintain Redrow’s customer service levels, as well helping grow the East Midlands division.
