Stonehenge goes under the hammer at the next CPBigwood auction on July 2.
However, local pagans shouldn鈥檛 start pooling their resources in a bid to buy the open plan arrangement of stones in Wiltshire, just yet.
What is actually up for sale is three self-contained flats at Stonehenge Croft in Druids Heath.
Up for offers over 拢130,000, the flats bring in a tidy sum of 拢13,200 per year.
The highest price for a lot at the forthcoming auction has already been achieved 鈥 a week before the sale itself.
There has been a conditional exchange of in Bilston, which had a price tag in excess of 拢2.5 million.
Old School Court in Broad Lanes drew in plenty of offers above that, with the winning bid made by the Birmingham property group AH Field.
Even though this property is no longer on the table, there is still plenty to attract buyers, whether they looking for an investment property with rental potential or a home of their own for a bargain price.
There are 123 lots in all, covering an area from Middlesborough to Wales.

There are a number of lots that are inviting offers close to or just over a million pounds.
These include a collection of flats, bedsits, lock up shops, workshops and land in Stratford Road, Hall Green.
They currently produce an income of 拢82,000 but have an estimated full rental income of more than 拢100,000. This earning potential has seen the guide set at 拢950,000-拢1,050,000.
An apartment complex that is close to Nottingham University and Nottingham Trent University could see a steady source of income from renting to students.
Sunbourne Court, in Alfreton Road, Nottingham, has a guide price of 拢800,000-拢900,000.
A little closer to home, though not far off in price, is a family home that comes with a swimming pool in the much sought after location of Henley in Arden.
Twelve Elms is a five-bedroom detached home that stands in 14 acres of land in Blunts Green, on the edge of the Warwickshire town. A guide price has been set at 拢850,000-拢950,000.
Interest has already been high in New Cottage in Groveley Lane, Northfield, with a price of 拢95,000 to 拢115,000. Though in need of modernisation, the two-bedroom home has a pretty period look.

Over in the South Staffs village of Wombourne, there are mixed retail and residential investment opportunities in charming looking properties in Walkers Way and on the High Street, overlooking the green and cricket club. Guide prices range from 拢100,000 to 拢425,000.
