A Caffe Nero site in the heart of Llandudno is going to auction.
The cafe is based in the Grade II listed Burton building on the town's Mostyn Street.
The lot also comes with the repair shop next door.
Coffee giant Caffe Nero is currently signed up on a lease until next year - paying £65,000 a year.
That lease ends in November 2021.
The building itself is held on a lease from Mostyn Estates for a term of 999 years with a peppercorn fixed ground rent of £20 a year.
The site was listed in 1991.
It is being sold by order of a major º£½ÇÊÓƵ fund manager.
The online Allsop auction takes place on November 3 and the lot has a guide price of offers over £500,000.
