Ping's European division celebrates record-breaking £107.5m turnover in 2023

The European arm of golf brand Ping has posted turnover of more than £107m for the 12 months to December 31, according to newly-filed accounts with Companies House

Ping's European division has celebrated another record-breaking year as its sales surpassed the £100m mark for the first time. The Lincolnshire-based business reported a turnover of £107.5m for 2023, an increase from the previous record of £90.8m, according to recently filed accounts with Companies House.

The company also posted a pre-tax profit of £9.3m for the year, up from £7m. Following its record year, Ping distributed a dividend of £5.1m after not issuing one in 2022, as reported by .

The firm's º£½ÇÊÓÆµ turnover leapt from £44.1m to £53.7m, while its European sales increased from £43.2m to £51.5m. However, its turnover in other global markets fell from £3.4m to £2.2m.

A statement approved by the board read: "The group had an excellent trading year, one that continued the sales momentum that had started from 2022."

It added: "2023 saw the launch of the G430 family in [the] º£½ÇÊÓÆµ and Europe."

The statement also highlighted the successful launch of a new ladies range of products, the Gle3, in July, which helped to maintain a product offering that caters to all genders and age demographics.

"The group continued to invest in renewing the facilities and golf courses at Thonock Park."
