Coffee roaster 200 Degrees is opening a coffee shop at the new in Staffordshire.

The Nottingham-based company is launching at the Cannock shopping village tomorrow (June 9) following the success of its other branch at the East Midlands Designer Outlet.

The new shop will create 12 new full-time and part-time jobs and will be housed in a central vintage style kiosk at the outlet.

There will be indoor seating for 36 and space for another 60 customers outside. It will also feature a dedicated takeaway hatch which will be open at peak times.

Tom Vincent, managing director at 200 Degrees, said: "We're definitely looking to the future and this shop is the second with McArthurGlen, we're keen to form a strong partnership with them.

"It's been a very tough year for everyone, but our people have been fantastic and have adapted to every new challenge thrown at them.

"This one's a bit of a unique venue with a lot of outside space and an interesting shape, for anyone who’s been home-schooling for a year it's an octagonal-based prism."

200 Degrees was set up by Tom and his business partner Rob Darby in 2012 and has 13 'distinctively independent' coffee shops as well as its Roast House near Trent Bridge in Nottingham.
