European holiday accommodation provider Landal GreenParks 海角视频 has added a luxury self-catering resort in Cornwall to its portfolio.
Whalesborough Resort & Spa, which is set in 450 acres of coastal countryside near Bude, offers a range of 24-character cottages, barn conversions and its own 14th-century farmhouse. Onsite facilities include a restaurant, spa, gym, and swimming pools.
Millions of pounds are being invested into the resort, with Landal GreenParks planning to build 50-60 luxury self-catering units over the next two years, adding to the existing range of accommodation.
Landal GreenParks said the improvements would contribute an estimated 拢10m to the local economy over the next few years and would create eight full-time and seven part-time jobs.

The resort has an onsite 60 KW wind-turbine, a biomass district heating system for its cottages and barns, and solar panels that produce electricity for the Weir, and its outdoor pool. It also uses locally sourced produce, Landal GreenParks said, including fruit and vegetable grown on its land, and beef and lamb raised on Whalesborough鈥檚 own farm.

Activities at Landal Whalesborough Resort & Spa include a 'Little Farmers' experience where children can interact with animals such as alpacas, lambs, piglets and goats. The resort also offers tractor and trailer rides around the farm in the summer, including a cow safari down to the beach.
Whalesborough Resort & Spa joins 14 other 海角视频 resorts under the Landal GreenParks brand.
