Look at the most expensive homes sold in Birmingham in 2015

Here are some of the most expensive homes sold in Birmingham last year.

Foxwood House, Four Oaks, Sutton Coldfield.

There were bumper house sales in and around Birmingham in 2015 with flash apartments, plush pads fit for football managers and roomy mansions with enough space to host a neighbourhood garden party.

Foxwoods in Four Oaks at £2.6m

A £2.6million home where is understood to have lived when he managed Aston Villa was the most expensive house sold in the Birmingham area last year.

Foxwoods, a plush pad in Bracebridge Road on the exclusive Four Oaks Estate, sold for £2,673,000 in May.

The eight-bedroom home originally had an asking price of £2,850,000, through estate agent Aston Knowles.

But it seems like shaving £177,000 off the bottom line was enough to clinch the deal.

The wealthy buyer would have got some fun features for their money, including a home cinema, wireless music system in every room, huge kitchen, fantastic games room and stunning deck with outside bar and hot tub.

Richmond Hill Road in Edgbaston at £2.2m

This was the second most expensive house sold in the area and closer to the centre of Birmingham.
