The interior still has a very traditional feel with its exposed walls and beams, although the stylish fitted kitchen is probably more convenient and user-friendly to the modern cook. There is a well still below the kitchen which previously provided a private water supply.

An oak door beneath a canopy leads into the hallway of The Old Cottage, where there are painted brick walls, dark timber supports, a handsome oak staircase and tiled flooring.

This style of floor continues into the breakfast kitchen which has newly painted units, integrated electric oven and ceramic hob, Bosch dishwasher (replaced this year). a fridge and a freezer.

Double doors lead from the kitchen to the conservatory which looks out over fields.

A utility room has recently been refitted and has more units and an integrated washing machine.
