Great Orme Shepherd Dan Jones wants to put a special burger van on a North Wales beauty spot.
Dan and Ceri Jones are tenants on the National Trust's Parc Farm on the Great Orme (Y Gogarth).
They have a mobile catering van that doesn't sell your average burger - with the patties made from the finest lamb bred on their farm.

Now they want permission to use Cae Summit to trade with the 'Shepherd's Hut' style van - which they used on a trial basis last year under permitted development rights.
Dan said: "We are excited about this new venture at Parc Farm, and hope that Conwy Planning Authorities are satisfied that Caffi Cynefin will offer something different to both visitors and locals.
"We are keen to share Parc Farm produce and the conservation-grazing message.
"We are also intending to sell a limited amount of quality local produce to complement the Parc Farm whole lamb burgers.

"We hope Caffi Cynefin will be open from Easter onwards at Parc Farm on the Great Orme."
Ceri would be employed full time on the 'hut' - situated near the summit complex - with extra staff during the peak season.
The application says they would also be supporting other local brands like Heartland Coffee and Mon a Lwy ice cream from Anglesey as well as guest produce from other local farms.
Talking about their own produce, they said: "These represent whole lamb carcass burgers, providing the highest quality ingredient for off the farm produce, highlighting the conservation grazing message, enhancing visitor engagement and helping inform people about where their food comes from."
Planners at Conwy council will now consider the proposal.
