A South West retail outlet is set to grow as its owner secures eight new brands.

Regeneration developer Peel L&P announced that the series of new deals at Gloucester Quays totalled over 13,890 sq ft of retail space.

Global jewellery and fashion accessories brand Claire's will operate from a 1,050 sq ft unit. Claire’s Gloucester Quays will open in September offering a full array of rings, necklaces, earrings, hair accessories, beauty items, bags, and more.

Greeting card retailer, Hallmark, is relocating from within the outlet into a new unit alongside new entrant Yankee Candle. The retailers will operate from a 2,009 sq ft shop with dual frontage.

In addition, family-owned footwear brand Pavers opened a refitted store last week. The new 2,809 sq ft unit will be opposite Bag Barn, which is set to open a 1,038 sq ft debut outlet store for its collections of bags and luggage.

Marie Samuels, area manager at Pavers, commented: “Our high-quality footwear is designed to provide comfort for everyone, so we are hugely excited to have launched our new store in the heart of a key regional location like Gloucester Quays. We look forward to continuing to welcome the outlet’s visitors to Pavers, and we feel confident that they will love our affordable, comfort-first approach to footwear.”

Among the brands to have recently committed to new deals at Gloucester Quays is º£½ÇÊÓƵ health retailer Holland & Barrett, premium clothing brand Joules, and multinational sporting goods company Asics, taking a combined 6,989 sq ft of space.
