Now administrators have confirmed that they have received offers for the three Llandudno sites.

Negotiations are now taking place with the hope deals can get over the line before the season gets into full swing this spring.

A spokeswoman for Duff and Phelps said: 鈥淭he Joint Administrators have received offers for all three of the hotels and are currently negotiating with all the relevant stakeholders involved.鈥

She added: 鈥淭he current status of the three hotels in Llandudno is that they continue to remain open and are trading as normal.鈥
