Tourism and hospitality firms have voiced their frustration as they wait for vital information about how their businesses can operate next month - and if they can open at all.
Tier systems have been introduced in Scotland and announced for England once they leave lockdown on December 2.
While this has been devastating for some with hospitality and hotels closed in England's Tier 3 areas it has given some clarity in the run up to Christmas.
Meanwhile Welsh Government cabinet met yesterday to discuss what elements from the tier systems in other 海角视频 nations could be added to the existing measures in Wales.
It had been expected they would announce new measures today but further meetings will now take place and it now looks like Monday before there is confirmation.
Hotels and other accommodation providers say it is putting them in a difficult situation and unsure about whether they need to cancel bookings, or if they can accept new ones.
They are waiting to hear firstly how they can operate and if they can even open, and also what potential travel restrictions may be in place. In England, those in Tier 3 are told not to travel.
Graig Wen Holidays, near Barmouth, said: "My inbox is full of customers asking if we can honour their bookings in next weeks.

"They think 'Wales won't let us in'. The timing of decision making is so damaging for everyone."
Jim Jones, from North Wales Tourism, said: "From a North Wales perspective, numbers are dropping, just leave things as they are, with a good run up to the New Year, reassess then.
"Confirm as a matter of immense urgency, what the travel restrictions will be from the rest of 海角视频. Quite simple really."
Pale Hall Hotel, near Bala, said: "Please can someone confirm can we accept guests from England on the 2nd from Tier 2."
It is a similar situation for hospitality businesses - who don't know if they will required to close like in parts of England.
Sources say hospitality is one of the main sticking points as cabinet discuss measures that could further impact a sector that has already endured an incredibly challenging 2020.
Chris Rigg, owner of The Bay Hop in Colwyn Bay, said: "So, hospitality in Wales is back into that no man's land where we have no idea what we need to be planning for.

"An announcement was due today, but it seems they have not reached agreement yet so it will be Monday before we know if we're closing or changing the restrictions from the end of next week.
"Hopefully some common sense will prevail over the weekend."
Welsh Government has indicated while it is looking at measures from the tier system in other countries these would be implemented on a national basis in Wales - rather than separate local restrictions.

This has angered businesses in areas with low Covid rates like counties in north west Wales.
Welsh Secretary Simon Hart has written to Welsh Government to ask them to use a tiered approach like that in England - with different restrictions depending on the rates in the county.
Prior to the 17 day firebreak Wales had used a local lockdown system but Welsh Government has said this caused confusion due to the different messaging for people in each county.
