Eversfield Organic expands ethical meat offering with Coombe Farm Organic

The Devon-based organic grocery services will double the size of its online butchery business

Devon-based Eversfield Organic has announced its incorporation of Coombe Farm Organic.

The Okehampton organic grocery services said that the merger will see its online butcher business double and boost its ability to provide its customer base with ethically sourced meat.

Mark Bury, managing director of Eversfield Organic, comments: ”We’re excited to be able to continue the outstanding mission that Coombe Farm Organic has set out to accomplish. Located in Crewkerne, Coombe Farm Organic is a trusted provider of premium organic produce. As part of the incorporation, Eversfield Organic will assume management of Coombe Farm Organic’s operations, including its online butchery and all future deliveries.

Eversfield Organic, founded in 2004 by Mr Bury, began as a local organic grocery service and has since expanded to offer nationwide deliveries. In addition to its online presence, Eversfield Organic operates a number of farm shops, organic inns and cafés as well as running the butcher and fishmongers in Selfridges Food Hall, London.
