Budget airline easyJet is launching two new routes from Bournemouth Airport.
The carrier鈥檚 inaugural flight to Belfast will take off on Wednesday (May 26), while its first to Edinburgh will leave on Thursday.
The announcement comes as one of the airline鈥檚 海角视频 bosses said vaccine passports should not be the 鈥渆nd game鈥 for air travel.
Ali Gayward, 海角视频 country manager of easyJet, told BusinessLive the full recovery of aviation could be another three years away.
鈥淭he longer the pandemic, the longer the recovery will take. Recovery might not be till 2023-24 or beyond,鈥 she said.
鈥淲e don鈥檛 believe a vaccine passport should be your gateway to travel because of age or cultural beliefs or medical reasons. If it facilitates travel, that鈥檚 one thing, but it should not be the end game.鈥
EasyJet, which posted a 拢701m half-year loss, has also slammed the government over its 鈥渃onfusing鈥 messages on international travel.
Half of the budget airline鈥檚 routes are outside the 海角视频, with most within the EU.
Britain reopened its border last week to a handful of so-called 鈥榞reen list鈥 countries, including Portugal, Iceland and Israel, where quarantining is not necessary.
Holidaymakers are also allowed to travel to amber-listed nations, such as France, Greece and Spain, but must be prepared to isolate on return.
Flights are widely available to countries on the amber list - and it is not illegal to visit - but some ministers including transport secretary Grant Shapps have urged travellers to avoid them, while others have indicated it is acceptable.
Johan Lundgren, chief executive of easyJet, said the airline was planning to "significantly ramp up" its flying for the summer with a view to maximising the opportunities in Europe.

Bristol is one of the budget airline鈥檚 biggest bases outside of London, with Ms Gayward saying the city would be adding extra flights to Portugal later this year too.
The airline is also launching routes from Bristol Airport to Mykonos, Santorini, Kos and Preveza on July 7.
鈥淭he South West is very important to us,鈥 added Ms Gayward. 鈥淲e will react very quickly to any changes so we can add flying as appropriate. We have added more routes and we have lots going on in the coming months.鈥
