Devon restaurant-café expands business with acquisition

An award-winning Devon restaurant and farm shop has expanded with a new acquisition.

Otterton Mill, based in Budleigh Salterton has purchased Powderham Farm Shop & Bistro, for an undisclosed sum.

Situated on the Powderham Castle Estate, on the banks of the Exe Estuary in South Devon, the farm shop and bistro is complete with in-house butchery, delicatessen, and post office.

The new owners, Chris and Carol Wright, have acquired Powderham Farm Shop & Bistro from its previous owners. They were advised by law firm Trowers & Hamlins.
