Cotswolds Designer Outlet near M5 signs up speciality coffee business ahead of opening

The retail destination is set to open next month

Coffee brand 200 Degrees has committed to space at the new shopping centre in Tewkesbury

Speciality coffee roaster 200 Degrees is set to open a new branch at the Cotswolds Designer Outlet in Tewkesbury.

The Nottingham-based business is the latest brand to commit to space at the retail destination, which is due to open next month.

The 200 Degrees shop will be the company's most southerly location in England and its 23rd coffee shop in the º£½ÇÊÓƵ. The site covers 2,280 sq ft, with 102 indoor seats and 24 outside, and the opening will create up to 15 jobs.

Will Kenney, commercial director at 200 Degrees, said: “Our first shop opening of 2025 sees us expanding further south, bringing the 200 Degrees coffee experience to even more people.

"This one at the Cotswolds Designer Outlet is our southern-most in England to date, and it's an opportunity for locals to experience why we're one of the º£½ÇÊÓƵ's favourite coffee shops, either as guests or as part of our valued shop team."

Cotswolds Designer Outlet is being developed by Cheltenham-headquartered Robert Hitchins and Cheshire-based retail destination specialist Multi-Realm.

It is being built in two phases with a combined total of 186,000 sq ft and up to 90 stores, including a flagship Dobbies garden centre with a Waitrose food hall and soft play, and a petrol station.

It is also part of a much wider development including 1,500 new houses in the area.
