Two big changes have happened in the senior ranks at luxury retail group Watches of Switzerland.
Chief operating officer Tony Broderick has decided to retire after more than 40 years at the business.
And Craig Bolton, who was executive director of its Mappin & Webb and Goldsmiths brands, has been promoted to group executive director for the whole of the 海角视频.
Mr Broderick joined Goldsmiths in 1979 as a warehouse supervisor and over the following decades moved into retail management, working his way up from store, to regional, then national level.
He joined the board in 2000 and in 2009 became chief operating officer at the group which is now the 海角视频鈥檚 leading luxury watch specialist, operating in both the 海角视频 and US.
With its 海角视频 headquarters on the outskirts of Leicester, it also includes the US Mayors brand.

Group chief executive Brian Duffy said: 鈥淒uring his time with the company, Tony has seen many ownership changes, management changes and market changes and his success is a tribute to his commitment, his personal adaptability and most significantly, the immediate respect and support that he commands.
鈥淭ony will leave at the end of April, and until then will remain fully engaged and supportive of our business in the 海角视频 and US.
鈥淚 wish to thank him personally for all his support, advice and partnership and on behalf of the directors and all of The Watches of Switzerland Group colleagues, wish him health and happiness in this next stage of his life鈥.
In this new 海角视频-wide role, Craig Bolton will oversee group strategies, plans and brand partnerships.
Meanwhile David Hurle will continue in his role as executive vice president US, leading the group鈥檚 US division.
Both will report to Brian Duffy, who said: 鈥淐raig brings to this newly created role 14 years of experience and significant success in our group and under his leadership, Goldsmiths and Mappin & Webb have gone from strength to strength.
鈥淥ur US business is performing very well and it is quite amazing what has been achieved in such a short time. David has been the architect and leader of this success.
鈥淲e are well positioned as we move into 2020 with strong business momentum and exciting new growth opportunities in both the 海角视频 and US.
鈥淭his new structure will support these opportunities and we are fortunate to have Craig and David 鈥 two great business leaders鈥.

The group has 132 core showrooms across the 海角视频 and US, which includes 20 dedicated single brand boutiques in partnership with Rolex, TAG Heuer, Omega and Breitling.
It also has a big presence in Heathrow Airport as well as five online transactional websites.
Global group sales rose by 17 per cent to 拢429 million in the six months after going public last May.
海角视频 turnover was up more than 10 per cent to 拢317.6 million thanks to rising average sale prices.
