Two local businesses have signed short-term leases to occupy two units at Bristol out-of-town shopping centre The Mall at Cribbs Causeway.
South Gloucestershire distillery 6 O鈥檆lock Gin and clothing brand Goose & Gander will take on 554 sq ft and 800 sq ft units respectively during the Christmas period.

Alongside the two temporary lettings, homeware and stationary store Mooch, who has signed a 5-year lease for a 2,286 sq ft unit at the retail hub, which is jointly owned by Intu, M&G Real Estate and JT Baylis. Mooch will replace the Paperchase store at the mall, with management saying it is now approaching full occupancy.
Women鈥檚 clothing brand Phase Eight, is set to move to a new 4,146 sq ft unit after agreeing a five-year lease, while fellow fashion chain Hobbs has also agreed to extend its stay for a further five years.

It is also great to support local businesses by providing them with pop-up spaces for the festive period and offering them access to our wide customer base as they look to continue to grow their respective brands.

Lingerie brand Victoria's Secret, bakery chain Greggs, and jewellers Clogau have all signed lettings deals at the mall in September.
