A new venue promising to become Liverpool's "most Instagrammable" bar and restaurant is set to open at Liverpool ONE.

Grosvenor Europe has announced the signing of locally-based dining concept Boujee Restaurant and Bar at the city centre shopping district - the brand's first ever site.

It's set to launch following the current lockdown restrictions being lifted on December 3, and will be located at Kenyon Steps.

A spokeswoman for Grosvenor said the unit will span 9,600sq ft unit across two floors, and "seamlessly evolve from a family-friendly environment during the day to a buzzing, experiential atmosphere in the evening".

It will serve a range of sharing plates, sushi, signature cocktails, champagne and signature drinks, and contain a VIP and private dining space on the upper floor.

She said it will accommodate up to 250 covers, and offer "numerous Instagram-friendly photo opportunities", including a convertible pink car, giant candy area, themed ‘pool party’ and ‘Alice in Boujeeland’ spaces.

The firm has received investment from entrepreneur and model, Lystra Adams, who features in The Real Housewives of Cheshire.

Alison Clegg, director of asset management at Grosvenor Europe said: “We are committed to maintaining a strong mix of independent operators alongside national brands at Liverpool ONE.
