Bid on the perfect home at the next CPBigwood auction

Bid for the chance to live like a professional footballer at the upcoming CPBigwood auction.

A home owned by a professional footballer and an old fire station are among the hot, hot, hot properties which should be going, going, gone at the next CPBigwood auction.

The identity of the footballer has not been revealed. plenty of space and a country feel to it.

Hazeldene, which is in Redhill Road, Kings Norton, is a detached three-storey house with three/four reception rooms, large country kitchen and five bedrooms.

It also has a self-contained one-bedroom annexe and there is planning permission for a workshop to be converted into another one-bedroom annexe.

It comes with extensive gardens and there are 14 acres of land adjoining it, some of which could be made available (subject to further negotiation).

The guide price for Hazeldene has been set at £695,000, which is considered low for what is on offer, and auctioneers CPBigwood say it has been getting a lot of interest ahead of the sale.

Another unique lot among the 133 up for bids at the event on April 30, is the former fire station on Barrett Street, Cape Hill.

It has been sold before, i for, £300,000. It is now being re-offered with a guide of £250,000-£280,000.
