An online property marketplace which operates out of the South West has launched a new component to its business model.

Bath-based Kyero has unveiled a new affiliate programme, which will see it work with selected third parties to bring complementary services to its multi-million international buyer audience.

Kyero showcases more than 750,000 homes for sale or long-term rent across Europe, with a reported turnover of £4m. The business works with more than 10,000 estate agents across Spain, Portugal, Italy and France.

The firm's first partner brand will be currency exchange firm Lumon. The London-based company is an international currency specialist offering currency services to personal clients and currency management solutions to corporate clients.

Gemma Coles, chief executive at Kyero said: “Our aim is to provide the international property buyer with as much support as we can to make moving to Europe as easy as possible. With large numbers of our users actively looking for additional insight and information, this is a natural next step to add to our existing offering. With targeted services we can enhance the user experience and build upon Kyero’s position within the international property market.

“This is also an important step into the transactional space for Kyero. Our positioning and media reach allows partners to educate, engage and convert potential customers. We are excited about the potential that exists in the new programme.”

More than 90% of Kyero’s users are planning to buy international property in the next 12 months, and over 80% stated that they would like insight and advice from relevant third parties.
