Middle Acre is a 1920s house that comes with a little extra.

It is so spacious that it would be possible to configure the ground floor to create self-contained accommodation for guests or for a dependent relative who still wants to maintain their independence.

Located in Middlefield Lane, Hagley, Middle Acre was built in 1929, of accommodation in a plot of more than half an acre.

Inside it is decorated in traditional style with some lovely period features, including parquet flooring and stained glass in the front door.
