Leicestershire land experts ready to show landowners just how much they could be sitting on

The event will be held at the NEC in Birmingham

Gary Kirk

Land owners attending the next Lincolnshire Agricultural Machinery Manufacturers Association (LAMMA) show could take home expert advice on how to sell land for residential or business development.

Loughborough chartered surveyors and land agent Mather Jamie is preparing to exhibit for the first time at the leading agricultural machinery, equipment and technology show, being held at the NEC in Birmingham on Tuesday, January 7, and Wednesday, January 8, 2020.

Gary Kirk, associate director at Mather Jamie, said: "There has never been a better time to consider selling land for development, and this is an area in which we specialise.

"We hope to advise many landowners next month who are looking at branching out into this area and who have an appetite for exploring new possibilities."

Gary is one of several senior members of the practice attending the show – he'll be joined by director Rob Cole and rural practice surveyors Hannah Hatton and Hamish Byers.

The team will use a range of case studies and leaflets to illustrate the potential advantages of putting land on the market for this purpose.

Throughout the two-day, free entry exhibition, Mather Jamie will be using LandInsight: an online, interactive land analysis platform which gives landowners instant and easy-to-digest feedback on the development credentials of their sites.
