Today we bring you part three of our 2021 list of the Top 500 biggest companies in the East Midlands.

The 180 businesses featured are among the most successful in the º£½ÇÊÓƵ, if not the world.

They include the owners of Goldsmiths jewellers and Poundstretcher, alongside Leicester City Football Club, law firm Browne Jacobson, Center Parcs and East Midlands Airport.

Between them they support tens of thousands of jobs and pump billions of pounds into the regional and national economies.

Now more than ever they are helping play a part in getting the country back up and running as the coronavirus lockdown eases and Britain gets back to work.

Tomorrow – Thursday, July 1 – we will be revealing the 20 biggest companies in the East Midlands at a live webinar event hosted by BusinessLive editor Alistair Houghton.

This is the second year that we have published the list, which has been put together for us by De Montfort University Professor of Enterprise, Prof David Rae, in a partnership between research teams at the DMU, Derby and Nottingham Trent universities, supported by East Midlands Chamber and Reach Plc.
