Shepherd FM has been signed up by law firm Wragge Lawrence Graham & Co to service its new offices at in Birmingham city centre.
The deal will see the firm provide a range of facilities management services across Wragge Lawrence Graham & Co's offices.
The law firm's new base sees it occupy eight floors of Two Snowhill, a 120,000 sq ft grade A space in the heart Birmingham's business district.

The contract win - secured following a competitive bidding process - cements an already long-standing working relationship between the two firms.
The law firm's Birmingham office was previously located at the Grade I-listed building and had been managed since 2009 by Shepherd FM.
Shepherd FM also manages the firm's Waterhouse Square offices in London and together they won a PFM Award in 2012 in recognition of their partnership and working relationship.
Part of the Shepherd Group, Shepherd FM has enjoyed continued growth in recent years, posting a 30 per cent increase in turnover last year.
