A law firm with teams based across the West Midlands has launched a new office in Birmingham for the first time.

FBC Manby Bowdler has opened a base in Bennetts Hill from where it will offer legal services to its business and private clients.

The new premises follows the recent opening of a second office in Wolverhampton to complement those in Knowle, Redditch and four in Shropshire.

Chief executive Neil Lloyd said: "Our ambitious strategy for growth through acquisition and expansion, supported by a £30 million investment from Horizon Capital, continues at pace and we are delighted to bring a team of specialists to the º£½ÇÊÓƵ's second city.

"The West Midlands Combined Authority has been instrumental in catalysing Birmingham's economic transformation in recent years and we are excited to be a part of it."

In the past year, FBC Manby Bowdler's turnover topped £17 million and the firm said it had plans to double in size over the next 12 months.
