The Birmingham office of º£½ÇÊÓƵ law firm Weightmas has relocated to a new home.

Around 160 staff have moved to 103 Colmore Row from St Philips Point where the practice spent 17 years.

The redesign and fitout of the new offices, which was delivered by Overbury, began in the spring and has created a fully hybrid setup, social hub and bespoke client suite.

Partner and head of office Jawaid Rehman said: "This is an exciting time for us. We are delighted to provide an incredibly intuitive and activity-led environment, fostering teamwork and allowing our people to work in a more efficient and creative way.

"In recent years, we have really embraced environmental, social and governance principles and worked hard to embed sustainability into our business.

"Our new office is part of this plan as the site offers a low-impact environmental footprint and a host of other ethical and emission-reducing benefits."

103 Colmore Row sits at the corner with Newhall Street and opened last year, housing office accommodation and a restaurant across a 26-storey building.
