Professional services consultancy Turner & Townsend is relocating its Birmingham team to a new home in the city's business district.
The firm has moved to 55 Colmore Row as a result of the team growing significantly over the past decade.
It has spent the past ten years at 45 Church Street during which time the payroll has grown from under 100 staff to more than 400.

It said the expansion had been driven by strong performances across its real estate, infrastructure, defence, energy and natural resources divisions.
