Commercial cleaning and facilities management company Mrs Buck茅t has won a major new contract with Cardiff-based Panasonic Manufacturing 海角视频.
The Swansea-headquartered firm, which has customers across South Wales and the south-west of England, will assign seven staff working on the site five days a week.
One of Wales' largest manufacturers, the Panasonic plant has been producing a range of consumer electronics since 1976, including televisions, vacuum cleaners, mobile solutions and notebook computers.
It is the first time the plant has employed an external cleaning company, having previously managed their cleaning company having previously managed their cleaning in-house.

Rob Blowers, managing director of the plant, said: 鈥淔rom the outset it was clear that Mrs Buck茅t鈥檚 ethos aligned strongly with our own. They are very professional and have worked closely with us to establish clear objectives, goals and ideas.

He added: "Having always handled our facilities management in house, we knew that there would be a cost associated with shifting to an external cleaning company. However, the solution that Mrs Buck茅t provided offered such tangible value for the business that we knew that we were doing the right thing.鈥

Mrs Buck茅t, which was launched by Rachael Flanagan in 2005, has 330 employees operating across South Wales and the South West of England.
