A Gloucestershire recruitment firm has marked its tenth year in business by relocating to a new head office, as it eyes national growth.
Adjacency specialises in early management to board-level appointments, and in recent years has placed candidates across Europe, Scandinavia and the US.
The Cheltenham-based company has now moved to a new base in the Darwin House office building in the town centre, which it said would help accommodate an “expansion” of its workforce. The firm is looking to re-launch its headhunting division in September.

Adjacency also said it would have some “exciting acquisition news” later this year, which the firm said would enable it to compete with established national and international recruiters. The company said it was looking to grow its presence into “new locations”.
Managing director Miles Greenslade said: “We’re thrilled to celebrate our 10-year anniversary, new branding and website, as well as the upcoming re-launch and growth of Adjacency Executive Search.
“Over the past ten years, I’ve had the privilege of building a team with a wealth of experience and unwavering focus on quality driven delivery for true partners, alongside our in-house research and administration capabilities, for seamless execution of client mandates.”
Mr Greenslade, who was a founding director of the executive search division of FTSE-250 recruitment firm PageGroup, said it had been “a year of change” for Adjacency, with founding partner Joe Graham stepping away from the business to pursue a new career.
He added: “We are only in the place we are due to [Mr Graham’s] guidance, and I thank him for all he has given to me, and the business during our 10-year partnership.”
Adjacency would host business leaders across the professional services industries, as well as clients and candidates, at a tenth anniversary event in Cheltenham in September.
