QualitySolicitors Talbots aims to grow property work with two solicitor appointments

QualitySolicitors Talbots is targeting growth in the residential and commercial property market after appointing two solicitors.

The law firm, which hit a record £7.5 million turnover in 2014, has signed-up sister-in-laws Jagdeep Kitaure-Kandola and Lucky Mahal to boost a division of the business that saw a 15 per cent rise in transactions in the last year.

The duo have a combined 20 years’ experience working across the West Midlands property scene.

They will form part of a 15-strong team responsible for working with residential buyers and sellers, SMEs, landlords and a number of multi-national firms with interests throughout the º£½ÇÊÓÆµ.

Martyn Morgan, director at QualitySolicitors Talbots, said: “There is definitely a feeling of cautious optimism in both commercial and residential property with a slowly recovering economy triggering movement across both markets.

“Last year was very good for us and our ability to offer personal service and innovative solutions to client requirements saw us grow considerably and we needed to strengthen the team with dynamic, new young talent.”

QualitySolicitors Talbots has seven offices in Codsall, Dudley, Halesowen, Kidderminster, Stourbridge, Stourport and Wolverhampton.

Ms Mahal will be responsible for increasing QualitySolicitors Talbots’ presence in residential property.
