A professional services consultancy has moved into a new office space in Exeter city centre to support its continued growth of projects and clients.
WSP, which has its headquarters in Canada, has signed a ten-year lease at Longbrook House near Exeter Central train station. The new office will be home for around 250 WSP employees.
The consultancy has taken over the 11,500sq ft space on the third floor of the recently renovated building, increasing its co-working space and capacity for collaboration. The Devon team's clients include Devon County Council, National Highways and South West Water.
