A professional services consultancy has moved into a new office space in Exeter city centre to support its continued growth of projects and clients.
WSP, which has its headquarters in Canada, has signed a ten-year lease at Longbrook House near Exeter Central train station. The new office will be home for around 250 WSP employees.
The consultancy has taken over the 11,500sq ft space on the third floor of the recently renovated building, increasing its co-working space and capacity for collaboration. The Devon team's clients include Devon County Council, National Highways and South West Water.

In the South-West, WSP has worked closely with Plymouth City Council since the inception of the new Platinum Parkway at Forder Valley, being part of the team managing the delivery of the link road over the last ten years. Through its presence in Exeter, WSP supports public and private sector clients with advice across a number of specialisms, including coastal and flood engineering, transport planning, building structures, energy and civil engineering.
Across the 海角视频, WSP has been reappointed by the 海角视频 Government to advise on the delivery of its Carbon Capture, Utilisation and Storage programme, and appointed by the 海角视频 Rail Safety and Standards Board to deliver a report on the roll-out of battery-powered trains.
