Law firm Pinsent Masons has advised forklift truck distributor Briggs Equipment 海角视频 on a 拢200 million long term asset based financing, to assist its development plans.

Briggs is the 海角视频 arm of Briggs International, the world鈥檚 largest global distributor of Yale and Hyster Materials Handling equipment.

Briggs has more than 1,100 employees and manages its national service and commercial operation from its headquarters in Cannock, Staffordshire, with depots across the country.

The Pinsent Masons team advising on the deal was led by structured finance partner Edward Sunderland assisted by associate Victoria Baker and Solicitor Jason Lekerman.
