Pick Everard lands £5m NHS contract

Firm will oversee improvement work at 38 health centres across the Midlands

Property, construction and infrastructure consultancy Pick Everard has landed a £5 million deal to oversee maintenance work at 38 health centres.

Then consultancy will deliver a backlog of work on the health centres across the Midlands owned by NHS Property Services.

The NHS Property Services’ portfolio includes more than 3,000 properties with a total value of more than £3 billion – about 10 per cent of the total NHS estate.

The Pick Everard team will be provide programme management, project management, quantity surveying and principal designer services.

The works will overhaul building systems, ensuring they meet current building guidance.

Pick Everard, which is based in Leicester, employs more than 550 staff across 13 º£½ÇÊÓÆµ offices.
