Bradley Hall has appointed chartered building surveyor Alastair Adams as director of its Gosforth office. With over 15 years of experience in running local property services, Mr Adams joins the office to bolster growth for Bradley Hall’s residential property sales, lettings, building surveying and mortgage services across Newcastle and surrounding areas.
He said: “Since joining Bradley Hall nearly two years ago, I have supported hundreds of clients with residential building surveys and I am pleased to be able to take that expertise, and my experience as director of an estate agency previously, to drive the growth of our Gosforth office.

Experienced solicitor Phoebe Gogarty has joined Muckle LLP’s employment team. Ms Gogarty qualified in 2021 and has experience of advising and representing both businesses and individuals across all stages of employment.
After completing her MLaw exempting degree at Northumbria University, Ms Gogarty returned home to Yorkshire and trained at a regional law firm before moving back to the North East.
She said: “I already had a taste for the North East after attending university here. When I returned to Yorkshire after graduating, I knew I wanted to settle down and build my career in the North East, so moving back up further North just felt right.
“I’ve always enjoyed employment law because you get to deal with real people. There’s a human side to it and no two days are ever the same. Property regeneration consultants AspinallVerdi have appointed Evan Taws as a development consultant at the firm’s Newcastle office. Mr Taws joins the expanding consultancy following more than five years with Newcastle-based housing association Home Group. His appointment coincides with AspinallVerdi making a series of promotions across its office network.

Wholesaler Phoenix 2 Retail has appointed Steve Mosey as the firm’s CEO to help drive its shareholders’ vision of the future. Chris Kelly, who founded the firm with his wife, Rachael, six years ago, has stepped aside from the Hartlepool-based firm’s top job and brought in Mr Mosey to support and lead the management team.

Newcastle-based Atom Technology Solutions has strengthened its IT division with two new hires.
