Property consultancy Galbraith has established its residential agency service for the North by appointing estate agents Sam Gibson and Heather Hardy to the firm’s Hexham office.
Mr Gibson, who joins Galbraith as head of residential agency, is a chartered surveyor with over 20 years of experience across the 海角视频. Ms Hardy has worked with Mr Gibson previously in residential sales for a national property firm and also has over 20 years of experience in property.
Megan Parker is also joining the residential agency team, having spent two years working in the Hexham office in the estate management team.

Andrew Thompson has taken the top job at Mobile Mini, which has a network of 15 branches across the 海角视频, after four years at the Stockton headquartered firm.
After 20 years in leadership positions in food retail, he made the move into the hire industry around 10 years ago and initially joined Mobile Mini as its regional director for the North, before adding operations and supply chain management to his remit.

Durham architecture practice Howarth Litchfield has announced a key appointment to its team with the arrival of office manager and bid co-ordinator Clare Corless.
Ms Corless, a member of the Chartered Management Institute and an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel, said she was attracted to work for Howarth Litchfield because of its ability to create new and exciting spaces, as well as preserving buildings of heritage.
The firm has worked on projects including Durham’s Shire Hall, now Hotel Indigo, Durham Cathedral and most recently, Newcastle’s Neville Hall which is home to The Mining Institute.

TT2 Limited, the operator of the Tyne Tunnels, has appointed two new team members as part of its commitment to customers.

John Musgrove has joined the team as a customer service agent and Jack Harbison has been promoted from the role of tunnels officer to senior tunnels officer.
Mr Musgrove brings 20 years of customer service experience, having previously worked in banking and retail. Mr Harbison, meanwhile, joined TT2 Limited in 2015 as a tunnel officer, responsible for the supervision of traffic, customers and site activities within the Tyne Tunnels area.

Software innovator Excelpoint has strengthened its team with two new members of staff at its head office at Aycliffe Business Park.
Curtis Brown has joined as a marketing executive, having spent his career in the manufacturing sector working for Nifco and Hitachi in leadership roles.
James Smith, meanwhile, has joined as a business consultant, responsible for the development of the Excelpoint platform into customer-specific automated business systems. He recently completed a three-year degree in computer game design at Teesside University, followed by a post-graduate degree in game development. He went on to lecture part-time at the university.

North East planning specialist Hedley Planning Services has appointed Amelia Robson as a planner.
A qualified planner, Ms Robson brings considerable experience in local government, residential and commercial planning work to a role.
She will be working alongside the company’s management team, assisting in the preparation of planning applications and supporting statements for a variety of residential and commercial clients across the region.
