Two Nottingham PR agencies have made it onto a list of the best in Britain.
Tank and Cartwright Communications have been included on the PR Week Global Agency Business Report 2021 list.
For the first time Tank broke into the overall top 150 – at 147 in the listing – with Cartwright ranked 160.

The pair were the only East Midlands PR agencies to feature in the report this year, with both ranking in the top 35 list of leading agencies outside of London.
Cartwright also ranked for B2B PR at 34th in the 海角视频, with Tank at 36th.
Cartwright was the only East Midlands agency to feature in the 海角视频 Healthcare PR rankings at 38th.
Similarly, Tank was the only East Midlands agency in the 海角视频 Tech PR rankings at 44th.
The report, which is compiled from the 5,000-or-so agencies practising PR in the 海角视频, highlighted that Tank and Cartwright bucked industry trends by both experiencing increased revenue in 2020.

Tank’s owner Trevor Palmer said: “It’s great to have achieved this in what has been a challenging year for most businesses.
“We’ve seen significant growth in the tech sector, and in other areas connected to our digital PR offering, where we seem to have a really competitive edge with our strong credentials.”
Cartwright Communications owner Liz Cartwright said her agency was seeing significant growth from clients seeking to diversify their marketing strategies.
She said: “We’ve noticed that businesses are looking to complement PR strategies with new digital channels, but we’ve seen the biggest surge in growth in e-commerce businesses which have looked to PR as a new avenue to achieve greater market share in extremely competitive times.”
She said it was the sixth year that the two agencies have featured in the industry report.
Cartwright Communications was founded by former journalist Liz Cartwright in 2006 and works for clients such as Tarmac, Addo Food Group and National Care Group.
Tank was founded in 2010 by PR consultant Trevor Palmer, and its clients include Dixons Carphone, Orangetheory Fitness and Ipsos.
