Business consultancy Strategi Solutions has appointed Rob Fisher as its new managing director.
Rob joined the Newcastle-under-Lyme business in 2016 as director of HR services from previous roles at Ornua Nutrition Ingredients and Steelite International.
In his new role, Rob will now take over the day-to-day management of 24-strong Strategi team.
He said: "We really are a talented team and have a tremendous opportunity to grow further, bringing our strong business values and service delivery to match the expectations of our clients. I am excited to be on board in my new role and confident that collaboratively we will continue to prosper."

The year has got off to a flying start for Beswicks Legal’s commercial property team which has been strengthened by an internal promotion and a new appointment.
Commercial property solicitor Kate Pritchard has been awarded associate status.
