New-look family law team at Lodders and more appointments news

Partner appointed in Birmingham office, trio of hires at PR firm and senior investor joins BGF

Law firm Lodders has appointed a new partner in its Birmingham team as part of a round of promotions.

Vivienne Middleton is promoted to partner and Christine Williams to senior associate in the firm's family law team which operates from its office in the Jewellery Quarter.

Ms Middleton joined Lodders in 2017 and has worked exclusively in the field of family law for more than 20 years, with particular expertise in resolving complex children disputes.

Ms Williams joined the practice in 2016 and advises clients on a broad range of matrimonial matters including civil partnerships, divorce and cohabitation.

Lodders has made further promotions in the real estate team with Ian Yarde and Theresa Spalding now legal directors, Daniel Macleod and Josy Haigh step up to senior associate and Lauren Pearson is a new associate.

In the private client team, Gill Coombs and Sarah Hawkins have both become senior associates and finally Angela Howard is now marketing manager.
