West Midlands law firm Harrison Clark Rickerbys has bolstered is corporate team with the appointment of a new partner.
Inger Anson, who worked for the practice from 2002 to 2009, returns to the region after a spell in Cambridge.
Ms Anson has particular expertise in all aspects of corporate transactional work including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investment, corporate restructuring, flotations and reverse takeovers.
