A mobile payments firm has welcomed a new chief executive as part of changes to its senior team.
Longbridge-based PM Connect has appointed Kevin Dawson as group chief executive, bringing with him more than 20 years of industry experience.
Starting his career at Orange, Mr Dawson has held positions at 3Com, TalkTalk and Vodafone before joining Dynamic Mobile Billing where he worked for 11 years including five as chief executive.
The appointment is part of a newly revamped executive team that sees the company's co-founder James Macfarlane move to the role of president.
He said: "I am very proud of the growth and development PM Connect has experienced during my time as chief executive as we deliver on our mission of making in-demand content accessible to all. I am even more excited about the coming years and bringing Kevin on board will help catalyse that vision.

In other appointment news, the corporate lending team at Shawbrook Bank in Birmingham has appointed Ian Bath as senior director and Amy Beasley as director.
Mr Bath has more than 35 years of experience in senior debt and asset-based lending, gained from roles with various high street banks and other lenders including Nucleus Commercial Finance, Lloyds and RBS.
Ms Beasley previously worked at HSBC where she was a relationship director, overseeing a portfolio and building a base of new customers, prior to which she specialised in business development at companies including Frontier Development Capital and Mazars in Birmingham.
Medilink Midlands, the region's life sciences trade association, has appointed Simon Himsworth as its new chief executive while his predecessor Darren Clark has become deputy chairman.
Mr Himsworth was most recently a senior manager with BioPhorum. In addition, Melanie Davidson has also been promoted to chief operating officer.

She joins Lodders after six years with HCR Hewitsons in Northampton.
Birmingham-based Anthony Collins Solicitors has appointed a new partner to its local government team.
Claire Ward has more than 19 years of legal experience, most recently as monitoring officer and director of governance and legal services at Herefordshire Council where she also served as acting deputy chief executive.
Prior to her role in Herefordshire, she worked for Cumbria County Council after qualifying as a solicitor.
In her new role, she will support local authorities nationwide and advise council monitoring officers.
