Experienced business communications strategy specialist David Robinson has been appointed as head of unified communications and cloud at Complete Voice and Data Solutions.
David joins the Newcastle-based voice, data and connectivity provider with more than 15 years experience in the sector.
In the newly-created role, he will be responsible for driving and securing business partnerships to support their telecoms and digital communications requirements.

Staffordshire accountancy firm Thompson Wright has announced the appointment of four new members of staff as it undergoes further expansion of its services.
The firm, which has offices in Newcastle and Leek, has recently recruited Natalie Heatherington, Dean Moores, Matthew Maskery and Zara Thompson.

Natalie joins the firm as a tax advisor and Dean joins as a bookkeeper while Matthew and Zara have both been recruited as trainees.

Aman Dalvi OBE, who has worked in the housing sector for over three decades, joined the 9,000-home landlord last month.

Aman’s appointment follows the stepping down of Kevin Richardson, who has been on the board since 2013 and chair since the start of 2019.

The leader of a trade association, which represents a multi-billion pound industry in the 海角视频, has been appointed to a key role to help the construction sector navigate a bold future.
Following a review of its structure and operating model, the Builders Merchants Federation (BMF) has been confirmed as a full member of the Construction Leadership Council (CLC).
As part of that process, BMF CEO John Newcomb will sit on the CLC Task Force, with a brief to both represent the industry effectively and take forward an ambitious programme of work with the aim of building a better, stronger and more sustainable industry for Britain in the future.
A former pupil of Hanley High School, John grew up in Dresden, Stoke-on-Trent, and attended the Sixth Form College in Fenton, as well as Staffordshire University.
He started his career at JCB in Rocester as a graduate marketing trainee, before moving on to roles at Staffordshire Tableware and H & R Johnson.
John said: “The CLC Task Force has proved its effectiveness in supporting the industry during the Covid-19 crisis, where we were invited at the start of the pandemic to support its work.
“The BMF’s contribution since then has now earned it a permanent seat at the ‘top table’ of the construction industry.
“We look forward to continuing to represent our sector, the building materials industry, as we tackle the opportunities ahead.”
Creative agency Harrison Carloss has boosted its digital and creative design team with two new recruits.
Chelsea Colclough joins the agency as a front-end developer, while Chris Mobley brings with him digital design skills.
The agency says the move further strengthens its in-house creative, web and digital capabilities, and augments an already impressive team of designers, developers, inventors, strategists, artists and storytellers.
Over the last 18 months the Stoke-on-Trent business has enjoyed an ‘extraordinary period of expansion’ that has seen significant growth in the agency’s client list, and an increase in the digital side of the business.
