Accountancy and business advisory practice Jerroms has merged with Solihull outfit Financial Accounting Services.
The team from Financial Accounting Services has now relocated to join Jerroms at its HQ on Blythe Valley Park, also in Solihull.
Jerroms' managing director Mark Eden said the deal was part of a planned expansion strategy for the firm.
