Legal firm Geldards eyeing expansion on new funding deal with HSBC

It has concluded a seven-figure refinancing package

Cardiff headquartered law firm Geldards LLP has secured a seven-figure refinance package with HSBC to support future growth and increased profitability.

The firm, which has its HQ at the Capital Quarter office scheme in the centre of Cardiff, also has offices in Derby, Nottingham and London.

The funding line from HSBC will strengthen the firms corporate and commercial team, which continues to build on its expertise in employee ownership trusts and business investment and restructuring.

Additionally, its London-based education practice will be further developed into a national offering.

Geldards will also invest in enhancing client services with a particular focus on the integration of AI tools to drive greater efficiency.
