Hull commercial law firm rradar has announced two key appointments to its senior leadership team.
Sarah Blanchfield has joined the specialist firm as people director, and is responsible for leading and driving the HR function and people strategy for the business.
With over 20 years’ experience, Sarah is a highly experienced HR leader who has worked in the financial services and business process outsourcing sectors operating at board level and on an international basis.
Ms Blanchfield is joined at rradar by Ruth Turner, who will become the company’s new finance director.
Ms Turner will lead the finance function both strategically and operationally for the business, with a specific focus alongside the leadership team.

Ms Blanchfield joins the business from Sedgwick International 海角视频, where she was HR director with responsibility for leading culture, engagement and talent for both 海角视频 and international operations.
Prior to this, she led multi-country teams managing large scale people programmes including reward and recognition, recruitment, learning and development and talent development.
She has played a pivotal role in supporting businesses and their people, for companies such as Capita plc, International Personal Finance plc and Bradford & Bingley.
Her new colleague at rradar, Ms Turner, has served at a senior level at Stock Exchange listed companies such as Merck Group and Associated British Ports and was the head of finance processes and systems at DLA Piper.

rradar was launched in Hull in East Yorkshire in 2012, and within a few short years, now has over 130 full-time employees, four key strategic office locations - Hull, Leeds, Birmingham and Glasgow.
It recorded a turnover of more than £9 million at its last year end, and continues to expand rapidly with plans for more 海角视频 offices, more recruitment and its first acquisitions.
