Regional legal giant Wilkin Chapman has increased its turnover by 6.9 per cent to 拢26.3 million.
The Grimsby-based law firm, ranked just outside the top 100 firms in the 海角视频, saw a further 拢1.7 million added to the revenues in the year to March 31.
Profits dipped from 拢9.7 million to 拢9.1 million for the period, with a strategic decision to 鈥渞einvest in this region, to which it is more committed than ever before鈥 implemented.
It saw Doncaster-based insolvency practice Silke & Co acquired for 拢1 million, with headcount swelling to 404 from 354 over the year, with additional staff costs broadly on a par with the increase in turnover.聽

Offices in Lincoln were significantly expanded too, with major IT infrastructure improvements.
Senior partner Andrew Holt said the Cartergate House firm was proud to remain as a Top 200 海角视频 law firm 鈥 106th for a second successive year 鈥 鈥渨ith a determination to invest and grow鈥.
It now has 46 partners with an overall staff of more than 450, underlining the acceleration since the financial year end.

Last month saw the firm appear in the Times Best Law Firms 2020 list for the first time, on the strength of its corporate and commercial work, 鈥渨hich again is a reflection of the huge strides made in recent years,鈥 Mr Holt added.
The firm is currently without chief executive, having parted company with Des Mannion in September, after four-and-a-half years at the helm.
It also has offices in Beverley, Louth, Horncastle and Alford.
