Law firm Napthens installs interim executive committee after CEO's shock departure

Law firm Napthens has installed an interim executive committee in the wake of its CEO's shock departure.

Alex Hatchman has left her role at the firm which she joined in February last year.

Napthens has also confirmed that director of strategy and development, Ben Sears, and operations director, Gillian Carlisle-Collett, have also left.

No formal reason has been given for their departures.

Before joining the firm, Alexandra Hatchman had been chief executive at Fletchers Solicitors since 2020.

She started her career as a sponsored undergraduate at Ford in 1992 while studying at the University of Oxford.

In 1997 she moved on to become a senior manager at Accenture before joining Tesco as senior operations director manager in 2005.
